My name is Aleta Dickey, and I founded PNF Business Solutions LLC to bring specialized financial and claims expertise directly to dental and orthodontic practices nationwide. I have spent 27 years dedicated to orthodontic insurance claims processing, mastering every aspect of ortho billing from initial banding and benefit breakdowns to monthly continuation claims, coordination of benefits, denial management, and appeals.

Alongside that, I have spent over 10 years working inside specialized dental office environments processing general dental claims, giving me a complete understanding of how both sides of a practice collect from insurance. That combination of deep orthodontic expertise paired with hands-on general dental claims experience is rare. Most billing services are generalists who dabble in ortho and struggle with its complexity. As an orthodontic claims specialist, I have spent nearly three decades living it, and I know what it takes to get orthodontic and dental claims paid correctly, quickly, and completely.
