Pricing for claims processing is based on a percentage of monthly insurance collections received and varies based on practice size and transaction volume.

3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to perform our services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete patient and insurance information prior to the rendering of services.
• Enter patient orthodontic contracts into practice management software, where applicable, before claims processing begins.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of all login credentials and access provided to us.
• Respond to reasonable requests for information needed to process claims or maintain financial records.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of PNF Business Solutions LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

PNF Business Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question during the prior three months.
